Pacific Beach Villa

The Greatsailfishing Beach Villa is located in the grounds of the Soleil Resort, just 10 minutes from the Marina Pez Vela and our charter boat fleet.

As the name implies, this new 4 bedroom/4 bathroom villa is situated directly on the beach and enjoys panoramic views over the Pacific Ocean. The villa has its own 24hr security and of course you enjoy all of the ameneties that you have come to expect from the Greatsailfishing Company while fishing with us in Guatemala.

Ameneties of the villa include plasma TV, full kitchen and bar area, privacy fence surrounding your private swimming pool complete with swim-up bar and high quality furnishings throughout.

Of course, as with our other villas, we do not combine groups - if you are booked into the beachfront villa, it will be for the sole use of your group throughout your stay.

As with our other fishing packages, everything is included for your fishing trip to Guatemala from when you land at La Aurora airport in Guatemala City until we return you either to your International Hotel the evening prior to departure, or to the airport on the day of departure.

The beach villa is capable to sleep up to eight comfortable, even 10 anglers may enjoy the villa accommodations with the use of extra beds we are happy to bring in for larger groups. It is staffed with a personal chef, maid and waitress, so that there is maximum flexibility for menus and individual preferences.

The benefits of our beachfront villa accommodation on the Pacific Coast of Guatemala are :

  • Privacy for your group. Each villa will be for the sole use of your group while you stay. Although it is nice to socialise with other anglers - our experience has been that it is most convenient to share stories with other groups at the dock or share a cold beer at the marina bar after the day fishing for sailfish...but then have the ability to retire to your own private accommodation and your own schedule.
  • Only your schedule to consider : some groups like to burn the candle at both ends while on a trip; having your own villa means you don't have to listen to someone partying in the pool until dawn ! You can determine when you prefer to lounge around the pool and enjoy cocktails and when dinner should be served.
  • We do have a standard menu - but we are happy to revise it according to your preferences. More fish/less fish, local dishes (adventurous or otherwise !), vegetarian etc.. Our staff are professional, full-time chefs and are more than willing to accommodate you.
  • The villa is stocked each day with conveniences such as snacks, juices, cold drinks, cigars etc.. When you feel like a cold drink in the middle of the night - just wander to the fridge and help yourself.
  • The bar is stocked with liquor at the start of your trip. Beer, wine, juices, soft drinks will be replenished daily. If you manage to drink the bar dry (hasn't happened yet !) - we will be happy to replenish it at cost.
  • The villa located within the secure grounds of the Soleil Resort. There is 24hr security not just at the entrance, but continually patrolling the grounds as well. The villa has its own private security beachside. We have never had an incident at the property - and you can feel confident to take a stroll after dinner around the extensive property at any time.
  • The property also has 2 tennis courts for your use a short 5 minute walk away within the resort grounds.

Breakfast is served prior to leaving for the dock each morning, and on return you will find freshly made Hors D'oeuvres and cold drinks. Dinner may be Dorado caught on the trip that day - or whatever your party has chosen for the evening....but all served as you like it, when you want it.
Transport in a private van will be at your villa at 6.30am in each fishing day, and will be at the marina on your return.
